	Waterloo Consulting Group is named after the first settlement in Austin, Texas- Waterloo. That settlement, in turn, was named after the battle of Waterloo where the allied forces of Prussia and England defeated Napoleon. The allied forces were not expected to win against the world conqueror. The success of the allied armies of the Duke of Wellington of England and General Blucher of Prussia is attributed to a variety of factors including: · Superior Communication among the leaders and armies. · More dedicated soldiers. · Preparation. When the weather turned south, the allied forces were prepared and ready to take advantage of the unexpected.
